Job Title: Sourcing Specialist – Technical Products (China)Location

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Sourcing Specialist based in China to support global procurement and supplier development activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in sourcing technical and industrial products such as Grease Guns, Power Tools, Hand Tools, Lubrication Equipment, Automotive Accessories, and related engineering products.
The role requires extensive interaction with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal stakeholders, making excellent English communication skills essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable manufacturers and suppliers across China.
- Source technical products including Grease Guns, Power Tools, Hand Tools, Lubrication Equipment, Workshop Equipment, and related industrial products.
- Conduct supplier audits, capability assessments, and factory visits.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, lead times, and supply agreements.
- Manage RFQs, quotations, cost analysis, and supplier comparisons.
- Coordinate product development, sampling, testing, and qualification activities.
- Ensure supplier compliance with quality, technical, regulatory, and ethical standards.
- Work closely with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Product Management teams.
- Monitor market trends, commodity movements, and sourcing opportunities.
- Support cost optimization, localization, and supplier diversification initiatives.
- Resolve supplier-related quality, delivery, and commercial issues.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
- 5–10 years of sourcing/procurement experience in technical or industrial products.
- Proven experience sourcing products such as Power Tools, Hand Tools, Grease Guns, Lubrication Equipment, Automotive Components, or Industrial Hardware.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supplier management, and cost structures.
- Experience working with international organizations and global sourcing teams.
- Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); Mandarin proficiency is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel within China for supplier visits and audits.
