Our client is a global fintech that originated as the digital payment engine for e-commerce industries.

Meet individual sales and business development performance targets.
Develop industry sales strategies, manage project operations, and drive project delivery through to successful closure.
Deeply cultivate relationships with leading state-owned enterprise clients in the energy and power sector (power generation companies, energy groups, etc.); connect them with the company's digital technology products and solutions, and build the company's reputation and reference cases within the industry.

5+ years of sales or business development experience in the power industry, with independent project execution experience. Proven track record of leading IT or digital transformation projects for major power generation companies or energy groups, covering opportunity sourcing, sales strategy, and end-to-end business negotiations.
Familiar with the power industry's business operations and IT systems, with a strong understanding of the architecture and digital transformation challenges faced by energy groups and power generation companies.
Strong business acumen, including clear and logical communication, results-oriented problem solving, and excellent resource coordination skills.
Experience working with large state-owned enterprise clients. Some understanding of cloud-native technologies, AI, and blockchain, with the ability to engage CXO-level stakeholders on related solutions.
