Project Technical Coordination and Client Support: Responsible for full-cycle technical coordination of automotive wiring harness projects, liaising with OEM clients (new energy vehicle companies preferred), handling client technical requirements, drawing standards, and change instructions, and following up on technical support throughout project development, pilot production, and mass production. Can coordinate short-term on-site work with clients, manage on-site technical resources, quickly respond to various client technical inquiries and correction requests, ensuring smooth project progression.

Wiring Harness Technical Solution Implementation and Drawing Review: According to the vehicle electrical architecture and OEM specifications, assist in completing 3D layout planning, path optimization, and space interference checks for high and low voltage wiring harnesses, generate 2D drawings, compile and verify BOM lists, and create and review DFMEA and special characteristics. Strictly check harness circuits, wire specifications, terminal and connector matches, protection schemes, and other key elements to ensure drawings and solutions comply with national standards, industry QC/T standards, and client company guidelines.

Quality Issue Analysis and Closed-Loop Correction: Responsible for handling quality issues during pilot production, mass production, and vehicle installation of wiring harnesses. Proficient in using quality analysis tools like 5WHY and fishbone diagrams, identify root causes, and produce analysis reports, correction plans, and preventive measures. Follow up on correction implementation, verify, and review, while updating technical standards and work procedures to prevent recurring issues and ensure product reliability.

Technical Change Management: Handle client and internal engineering change requests, complete change assessments, implement solutions, update drawings, and synchronize data. Establish project technical ledgers, issue correction ledgers, and change record ledgers. Standardize technical documents management, interface with the PLM system for data entry, updates, and maintenance, ensuring unified, accurate, and traceable technical data versions.

Process Optimization and Cost Control: Familiar with wiring harness production, crimping, assembly, and testing processes. Optimize design solutions according to mass production conditions to improve manufacturability and assembly efficiency. While meeting performance and quality standards, optimize wire and connector selection, reasonably control project production costs, and achieve project cost targets.

Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Proficient in CAD, CATIA and other drawing software; capable of independently reviewing harness drawings and conducting 3D layout interference checks.
- Expert in automotive wiring harness structure, terminal & connector matching, shielding, waterproof and wear-resistant protection design. Familiar with electrical performance requirements of high and low voltage harnesses including EMC, voltage resistance and insulation.

Skilled in the 5WHY root cause analysis method; able to independently handle quality problems arising during vehicle assembly and mass production of wiring harnesses
