Your new role
As a Regional Medical Advisor, you'll be the medical expert who builds scientific partnerships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals across your region. This is where your clinical expertise translates directly into patient access and improved treatment outcomes.
Your key responsibilities will include:

Building and strengthening scientific relationships with key opinion leaders and external stakeholders as a trusted academic partner through multiple engagement channels

Driving awareness and advocacy of pre-launch products to build medical readiness from 24 months before launch, ensuring successful product introductions

Reinforcing the scientific foundation for newly launched products and sustaining strong scientific positioning of marketed strategic products through expert engagement

Developing regional medical strategies that align with overall medical affairs objectives, bringing scientific and medical insights into business strategy and planning

Executing various central and regional medical projects, including organizing Regional Advisory Board meetings and other scientific programmes

Working with regional KOLs to discover and support Investigator Initiated Study opportunities, acting as scientific contributor and operations coordinator

Ensuring off-label communication follows compliance processes and aligns with business policy and external requirements
Your skills & qualifications
We're looking for a medically qualified professional who combines scientific excellence with strong stakeholder management skills and business acumen. You should bring:

Medical Master's degree or above, preferably in Endocrinology

Scientific research and/or clinical experience, with preference for Endocrinology or related therapeutic areas

Experience in pharmaceutical marketing, R&D or medical affairs functions is highly preferred

Strong medical and marketing understanding with ability to translate scientific evidence into strategic insights

Excellent communication and cooperation skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders from KOLs to cross-functional teams

Mature, independent working style with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Fluency in English (additional regional languages advantageous)

Willingness to travel domestically (30-50%) and internationally (approximately 5%) for congresses, seminars and stakeholder meetings
