QUALIFICATIONS
General minimum experience of 5 years in Quality Engineering or Supplier Quality Engineering.
Automotive Industry experience would be a plus.
In addition to customer and project assignments requiring greater skills and experience, the incumbent provides leadership and guidance to less experienced employee.
An in-depth understanding of TS/ISO 16949,VDA6.3, various automotive customers’ requirements and quality tools.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
A Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical field is required.
TRAVEL:
The incumbent need travel to Modine China suppliers for product development, supplier assessment and problem solving, need travel to Modine China plants to support Modine production process. Generally the travel will take >50% working time.
