职位描述
职责：
1. 负责AI视觉检测系统的全流程开发与维护，包括训练集收集、清洗、标注及数据增强；根据实际生产场景（如缺陷检测、外观检查等）选择合适的视觉检测模型；
2.负责模型训练、推理框架搭建、模型压缩与部署（边缘端/服务器端），确保系统稳定运行。
3..负责模型调优，比如模型的微调、性能优化及效果提升等；
4..参与智能制造项目的方案设计及技术评审，评估AI技术路线的可行性；
5..与机械、电气、软件工程师协作，将AI能力集成到自动化设备和产线中。
要求：
1. 硕士及以上学历，人工智能、计算机、软件工程、数学等相关专业；3年以上制造行业AI相关工作经验，有电机缺陷检测、尺寸检测等相关经验。
2.扎实的编程功底及算法基础，深入理解机器学习、深度学习、大模型算法原理及相关开发框架；
3.拥有深厚的数学基础、精通高等数学、线性代数、数理统计，能够理解和推导AI算法，如神经网络反向传播算法；
4.掌握Pytorch、TensorFlow等框架，熟悉主流模型框架、调优策略、迁移学习技巧。
5.掌握计算机视觉、自然语言处理等领域相关算法；
6.有图像识别、目标检测等制造行业相关项目经验；
7.有CV项目、YOLO模型实战经验。
