Your role:
1. Sell-out Operation on Cross Border EC on JD/Tmall/VIP for our main healthcare consumer electronic goods including: E lectric toothbrushes, electric water flossers, electric shavers, hair dryers, beauty devices, etc.
- Set-up and execute clear sell-out plans for JD/TMALL VIP, and drive the implementation to meet business targets.
- Track daily GMV/UV/CVR trend, follow up on target progress, and adjust operational actions quickly with distributor team to ensure core KPIs including channel sales and conversion rate are achieved.
2. Platform Contact & Partnership build-up
- Build good relationships and act as the contact for platform buyers/partners on JD/Tmall/VIP, driving new product launches, campaign resource, platform calendar, and rule change updates. Secure premium traffic and marketing resources to boost product visibility and sales efficiency.
3. Market & Competitive Insight
- Conduct weekly competitive analysis and industry market insight, benchmarking core competitors on price segment, promotion activities and marketing strategies, and output optimization recommendations and opportunity points.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with RBU to align on category range sales performance, optimize product operation, explore differentiated selling points and apply for relevant resources.
Co-work channel Sellin and F2P plan with COP to ensure inventory supply; confirm delivery schedule with ISC and plan inventory preparation in advance for big promotions.

You're the right fit if:
- At least 3 years of e-commerce / cross-border e-commerce sales & operation experience.
- Hands-on experience with key e-commerce platforms (Tmall/TDI, JD, VIP) is highly preferred.
- Strong business acumen and data analysis skills, able to generate actionable insights from GMV/UV/CVR and inventory data, and translate them into business actions.
- Proven track record in sell-out plan development, campaign execution and cross-functional project delivery.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with platform partners and internal stakeholders.
