Operation Analyst

What the day will look like
The Operation Analyst will work with the consultant on business operation and delivery client services during commercial process.

Manage client relationship database, to ensure the client information is accurate and complete; Manage client user account and access of platform.

Manage the process of contracting, and make sure all the clients' contracts are signed, recorded and archived.

Work closely with finance team and other stakeholders to ensure related financial process (e.g., revenue recognition, invoicing) is being followed, in-time and accurately.

Be responsible for the report delivery, ensure in-time delivery.

Manage shared mailbox, answer and record clients’ inquiries and issues.

Organize and arrange all kinds of department meetings and activities.

Complete regular commercial operations report timely and accurately.

Support daily administrative work.
Skills and experience that will lead to success

Bachelor Degree;
-
At least 2-3 years compensation & benefits related working experience;

Customer focus and attention to details;

Good communication and interpersonal skills;

Strong analytical and organizing skills;

Hardworking, independent and self-motivated;

Familiar with Excel or other data analysis software;

English proficiency in written and verbal communication
