key responsibilities include:
- Providing pre-sales technical support to regional dealers and sales team including Bidding, production selection and project solution.
- On-site installation, commissioning guidance, and electrical troubleshooting of generator sets.
- Delivering technical support in genset model selection, power system relay protection and electrical system simulation.
- Supporting dealer application technical engineers training and providing guidance on Installation Quality Assurance (IQA) reviews.
- Strengthening technical engagement with customers and design institutes, collecting market feedback, driving product improvements, and building long-term technical trust to support business growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in electrical power systems, with significant experience in mission-critical facilities, data centers, power generation, microgrids, or energy storage applications.
- Deep understanding of electrical system architecture, equipment application, power system operation, and system reliability principles.
- Extensive knowledge of generators, switchgear, transformers, UPS systems, power converters, energy storage systems, and protection coordination.
- Proven experience in electrical system design, application engineering, system integration, commissioning, and technical customer support.
- Strong knowledge of IEC, IEEE, NFPA, and other applicable industry standards.
- Proficiency in power system analysis and simulation software ETAP、PSCAD、MATLAB/Simulink、PowerFactory、ATPDraw etc.
- Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to influence technical decisions and develop comprehensive system solutions.
- Ability to lead technical discussions, solve complex engineering challenges, and support strategic projects with minimal supervision.

regulations, data center design standards, and diesel generator application requirements.
- Familiarity with local utility company requirements, approval processes, and power distribution practices for industrial
facilities and data centers.
- Understanding of customer expectations, project execution models, and procurement practices within China's data center,
industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.
- Knowledge of local environmental, emissions, noise, and safety regulations impacting power generation and electrical system
applications.
