Assist the EHS Head to manage the EHS system efficiently, and conduct systematic improvements and enhancements to solve operational issues, including but not limited to

Cooperate with the EHS Head to complete various global EHS improvement plans , global audits, and other management requirements

Assist the EHS Head in following up on the management team's safety management plan to ensure timely completion of relevant EHS matters

Assist the EHS Head in continuously improving the company's EHS management system and safety training plan to meet the needs of safety production and EHS management

Assist EHS Head in completing various annual improvement plans

Responsible for or participating in global projects and meetings

Lead the process safety management and continuously improve process safety and process risk analysis, participate in on-site work such as industrial safety, process safety, and contractor safety management, allocate and coordinate manpower and resources, and ensure that the on-site safety performance complies with laws, regulations, and global EHS requirements

Organize, coordinate and cooperate with the production department to investigate incidents, analyze and improve from a system level, formulate corrective and preventive actions, and follow up to ensure that all actions are effectively implemented; Share relevant safety incident cases, draw lessons from them, assist production in providing safety production training and education, and reduce cases of unsafe behavior and unsafe conditions

Participate in various safety production meetings, report on the safety production situation, and the implementation of safety hazard rectification;

Participate in government inspections and ESG affairs: support the development of ESG work, participate in ESG affairs, and provide opinions and suggestions to contribute to the achievement of site’s ESG goals. Cooperate and participate in government inspection work, actively cooperate to complete the rectification of identified issues.

Strengthen the construction of the site's safety culture: actively promote various safety activities carried out by EHS, such as SOC, snapshot, and Ankang Cup, safety production month, etc.. Analyze various EHS data of the site, and work with the production department to develop corresponding plans; By visiting and learning, introducing foreign elements suitable for the site, and continuously promoting safety culture.
What we are looking for:
Bachelor's degree or above, major in Environment/Safety/Chemistry, with over 5 years of experience in chemical plants
Good English writing and reading skills, good oral communication skills, excellent communication skills
Analytical judgment ability, planning ability, coordination ability, communication ability, execution ability, and summarization ability
Familiar with EHS laws and regulations, familiar with EHS management system ISO14000/ISO45001, familiar with hazardous chemical safety management, familiar with high-risk work safety management
Good knowledge of process safety
