工作职责:
- 生产运营技术支持,设备异常处理,故障诊断;
- 有较快的处理设备故障和调试设备的能力,最大程度的减少停机;
- 失误;
- 影响的思维和行动;
- 根据设备保养计划全面完成设备的保养工作;
- 认真填写各类报表,确保各种审核参数的-致性。
- 设备潜在问题的发现,纠正以及遗留问题的跟踪处理与上报;
- 生产品质状况监控以及改善;
- 生产物料损耗监控以及改善;
- 机种切换技术支持以及相关设备的程序调整;
- 设备备件管理及消耗反馈,协助工程师对备件进行有效地管理;
- 离线治工具维护保养,如贴片工作头,供料器等
岗位要求:
- ;
- 技术员从业经验三年以上;
- 调试经验优先;
- 基本的英文读写能力,能看懂相关手册,电路图;
- 光学检测仪等设备的操作,保养以及常见故障的诊断,排除;
- 熟悉以上设备的程序编写及调试;
- 相关电子装配接受标准;
- 办公软件。
