Responsibility:
Review customer documentation and prepare the relevant PFMEA, DMF, WI and other documents
Be proficient in the use of relevant software (e.g. CAM, GC, etc.), design relevant process tooling (e.g. stencils, assembly jigs, etc.) in accordance with product requirements and characteristics, and carry out acceptance testing
Apply quality tools to address and analyse production and quality anomalies.
Focus primarily on continuous improvement, enhancing yield rates at each workstation, optimising processes, improving efficiency and reducing waste.
Assist the CQE and TE in addressing process anomalies reported externally and driving forward improvements
Process and track ECN changes
Implement mistake-proofing procedures
Support technical analysis carried out by other functional departments to meet or exceed company targets
Other work as assigned
Requirements:
At least 3 years within the EMS or more of relevant work experience (proficient in SMT, WAVE, ASSEMBLY, selective soldering, HOT BAR and other process)
Very strong problem-solving skills; familiarity with 8D, 5 WHY analysis and the QC 7 tools
Knowledge of Lean and SSL
Teamwork and a proactive attitude
