Key accountabilities
- Engage guests, collect feedback and maintain guest relations
- Manage daily bar operations, product quality, inventory and costs
- Lead and train team members, standardize service workflows
- Handle complaints and emergencies to protect hotel reputation
- Execute marketing activities and achieve sales targets
General requirements
- Minimum 2 years’relevant hospitality experience in F&B
- Strong English communication and problem-solving skills
- Outgoing, adept at guest communication and relationship building
- Proactive, responsible and able to work under pressure
