Manage all outlet operations and food and beverage personnel
Build and maintain in good guest relations, manage service standards effectively and enhance brand image; accurately discuss and implement improvement policies after obtaining guest opinions, assist the Management in maintaining and striving for more industry awards and recognitions, and ensure the sustainability and continuous development of such honors
Formulate new promotional ideas that would impact the revenues and profitability of the outlet
Develop and implement training, in order to train team member as a professional, enhance their work performance and ensure the daily operations run smooth
Require to perform other similar duties and coordinate with other staffs

Hospitality Management is preferred
Language:
Mandarin: HSK 5 above or Chinese university exchange student experience
English: Conversational (Preferred)
With excellent customer service mindset
Familiar with the operation and management of restaurants in 5 stars hotel resort, with at least 5 years of management experience
Guest handling skills and problem-solving ability in fast-paced environment
Be willing to work on shift (24 hours shift), incl. overnight shift and split shift
