Your role
Identifying new business opportunities with designated Key Accounts and new prospects in China.
- Defending/protecting existing business.
- Building appropriate rapport with Key personnel in customer organizations.
- Define sales objectives and set strategy/route map/action plan to achieve these objective with each Key Account.
- Continuously add value to the customers through product ideas, concepts, fragrance ideas, market analysis, etc.
- Coordinate effectively with the Regional and Local Headquarters for product support, marketing support and Senior Management interaction with customers.
- Management of debtors and stocks.
- Pricing and management of margins.
- Participate and contribute meaningfully to the meetings and discussions.
About you
- Above 4 years sales experience and key account management, fragrance industry sales experience is preferred
- B.S. Chemical or related major
- Strong Analytical skills.
- Strong Communication skills (including written, verbal, and presentation skills; can communicate in English)
- Good computer skill
- Good negotiating skill
- Hard working spirit and passion on sales job.
- Strong Leadership skills and also good team player.
