We are looking for a Service Manager - Housekeeping (Floor)
As aService Manager - Housekeeping (Floor), we rely on you to
Arrange and supervise daily floor operations and shift handover procedures.
Keep track of the room occupancy status on assigned floors at all times.
Monitor guest situations and resolve ad-hoc issues; report major incidents to the department supervisor promptly.
Care about staff’s work and living concerns and timely report relevant issues to the Director of the Department.
Check reservation information to grasp guest profiles, especially the names of hotel VIPs and regular guests.
Be fully familiar with hotel internal and peripheral information to provide accurate inquiry services for guests.
We are looking for someone who:
Over three years of working experience in high-star hotels.
College diploma or above with basic oral English proficiency.
Sound professional knowledge of housekeeping management.
Outgoing personality, reliable work attitude, strong service awareness and sense of responsibility.
