Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the company's financial strategy, partnering closely with the CEO to drive long-term business growth and corporate objectives.
- Spearhead multiple fundraising rounds (Series A, B, and C), including fundraising strategy design, financial modeling, due diligence preparation, investor engagement, and negotiation.
- Lead or play a key role in the company's IPO journey (Hong Kong, U.S., STAR Market, or other exchanges), coordinating with external advisors such as investment banks, auditors, and legal counsels.
- Build, manage, and develop a high-performing finance team, enhancing organizational effectiveness and financial capabilities.
- Maintain strong relationships with investors, capital markets participants, auditors, tax advisors, and other external stakeholders.
- Provide timely and accurate financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to support business decision-making and strategic planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline. Professional qualifications such as CPA or ACCA are highly preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial management experience, including experience as a CFO, Finance Director, or VP Finance within internet, technology, SaaS, platform, or high-growth companies.
- Proven track record of independently leading and executing multiple fundraising rounds (Series A, B, and C), including investor due diligence, negotiations, and transaction execution.
- Demonstrated experience driving a company from early-stage growth through IPO preparation and listing. Strong understanding of listing requirements, regulatory frameworks, and corporate compliance.
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international accounting standards, capital markets, and financial strategy, with the ability to support rapid business expansion and value creation.
