What You Will Do
- Monitor customer claim trend, collection and analysis data, lead and participate in product quality improvement activities;
- Handle customer complain based on the relevant procedure/specification and ensure 8D reports are submit to customer within the specified cycle time. Follow up and ensure the preventive/ corrective actions implement well and drive reduction in customer complaints.
- Update the inspection documents. Such as control plan, inspection plan , cosmetic criteria and so on for corrective action.
- Conducted an effective process audit to preventive repeat customer complaint, find opportunities for improvement
- Lead the customer audit which link to customer quality concern;
- Support and lead Engineer for enhance quality skill and ability;
- Develop and lead team to improve the efficiency and quality performance
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Minimum 7 years-experience or above as a Quality engineering / Failure analysis in a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of TS16949 or equivalent.
- Master quality principles and tools (e.g., QC 7tools , 8D,MSA, SPC, FMEA, Control plan, PPAP, problem sloving etc.)
- Strong leadership to drive the team smoothly must be able to motivate and solve problems related to staff.
- Strong people skills ,able to work well with people of all levels and balance the conflict internal and external
- Good communication to cooperate with each department
- Good computer skills in Microsoft Office - Words, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good communication skill in English - both written and spoken - as well as presentation skills for internal communication as well as external communication with oversea CQE and customers
- The skill of data analysis and quality problem solving
What Will Put You Ahead
- Connector experience will be an advantage.
- Be good at GB or BB is preferred
- Qualify experience of connector manufacturing is preferred
- Commercial product customer experience
- The knowledge of Minitab is preferred
- Experience with SAP is preferred
