In this role, you will:
The role holder is responsible for successful implementation of Premier acquisition strategies and acquiring new-to-bank customers via central or self-generated leads. They do not own a portfolio of clients.
• To assist Senior CDM to lead a customer development team in people management, sales performance management, training and coaching, and operational risk control, so as to maximize the productivity of the team and contribute to the achievement of business strategy with high quality sales and service standard. The role also needs to closely monitoring the sales and services quality provided by team members so as to ensure the sales/service process is strictly followed and the delivery of a consistently excellent customer experience. • To ensures fair outcomes for customers are delivered in all situations.
- To manage, lead and motivate a team of highly mobile sales staff, and to lead a mobile sales team to focus on activities to expand HSBC's new to wealth acquisition.
- Role success will be achieved by focusing on striving to develop new relationships outside HSBC that will deliver sustainable growth and profitability.
