Job Description
- 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience in similar capacity, preferably in High-end retail fit-out projects. On-site coordination experience is a plus
- Degree in Architecture /Civil engineering / Project management
- Team player, independent, highly organized, proactive, adaptable to changing environment, and able to work under pressure while meeting tight deadline
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
- Meticulous with effective planning and coordination skill
- Proficiency in MS office, AUTOCAD, 3D software and Photoshop
- Knowledge in construction regulation and requirements, remodeling and fitting-out projects
- Fluent in English and Chinese (Both spoken and written)
