Mercer
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Survey Operations team at Mercer, a Marsh business. This role will be based in Shanghai. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
The Remuneration Data Analyst will cooperate with PM and global/regional team to manage survey, for example, Total Remuneration Survey, Benefit Survey and other surveys.
Survey processing includes data collection, validation, analyzation, communication with internal / external clients and other off-cycle tasks.
The role will also response for all project management documentation, cross-team/internal training and contribute to business improvement initiatives.
We will count on you to:
- Implement data processing upon raw data including cleaning, extraction, validation, visualizing and tabulation.
- Operate at least 6-7 surveys concurrently and be held accountable for high data quality and on-schedule delivery of all reports undertaken.
- Provide statistical analysis/interpretation and technical solution to internal and external clients’ customized business queries regarding products, services and solutions.
- Undertake other off-cycle high-level tasks such as User Acceptance Tests, SOP materials writing, training arrangements, global content translations etc.
- Work closely with different global teams to optimize survey process, utilize analytics tool, and improve platforms and systems effectiveness.
What you need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree (credit average or better), in finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, human resources (HR) and/or accounting.
- Open to fresh graduate; 1-2 years’ HR related fields or data analysis experience.
- Proficient in Excel and other Office software, database experience is preferred.
- Strong learning ability to master various systems in short term.
