- Executive Support & Calendar Management:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Vice President.
- Manage complex calendars, meeting schedules, and appointment arrangements.
- Coordinate domestic and international business travel, including itinerary planning, transportation, accommodation, and related logistics.
- Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and documents as requested.

Meeting Coordination & Follow-up:
- Organize leadership meetings and business reviews, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and agenda preparation.
- Attend meetings when required, take minutes, distribute meeting records, and track agreed action items.
- Coordinate follow-up activities to ensure completion of administrative and organizational tasks.

Communication & Coordination:
- Serve as a key contact point between the VP and internal stakeholders.
- Facilitate information flow and communication across departments and teams.
- Coordinate meeting arrangements and logistics with local, regional, and global stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of Executive Assistant or senior administrative support experience, preferably in a multinational company.

Fluent in English and Mandarin, with superior writing ability and exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively engage senior leadership and regional stakeholders.

Proven ability to align with an executive’s dynamic schedule, delivering rapid responses and demonstrating strong problem-solving capabilities in a fast-paced environment.

Highly detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, complex calendars, and sensitive administrative tasks simultaneously.

High integrity and discretion; maintains a humble yet poised professional demeanor.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
