About Our Team
The EBP Performance Operations & Insights team sits at the center of Enterprise Business Planning at Converse, delivering standardized reporting and scalable analytics to enable aligned, data-driven decision-making across markets. Greater China (GC) is a complex and strategically important region requiring strong data accuracy and alignment to global standards.
The Role
The Analyst, Performance Operations & Insights – Greater China plays a key role in delivering accurate performance reporting, actionable analytics, and enhanced planning capabilities for the GC business and Converse globally. This role supports a more responsive supply chain by building and maintaining data models that inform replenishment, strengthen demand sensing, and enable localized read-and-react decision-making for new product and marketplace initiatives. The Analyst partners closely with cross-functional teams to translate data into clear storytelling, aligned recommendations, and timely business actions, while connecting GC-specific needs to broader global EBP Performance Operations & Insights priorities, including product development, roadmap prioritization, and KPI alignment.
Role Requirements
Build and maintain data models that support replenishment planning, demand sensing, new product initiatives, localized design priorities, marketplace performance, and responsive supply chain decision-making.
Translate localized GC marketplace dynamics into insights that support read-and-react decisions, surface risks and opportunities, and inform data-driven recommendations.
Execute recurring GC reporting, including weekly pulses, scorecards, KPI tracking, structured outputs, dashboards, and ad hoc analysis requests.
Pull, join, transform, clean, maintain, and update datasets from multiple systems to support consistent, repeatable reporting processes in partnership with Technology.
Perform detailed QA checks, identify and resolve data discrepancies, escalate issues as needed, and highlight data gaps to support ongoing data quality improvements.
Partner with the GC Technology team to translate business requirements into functional asks for dashboard enhancement, automation, scalability, and consistency across local and global use cases.
Apply global KPI definitions and reporting standards while documenting data logic, transformations, and reporting definitions for repeatability.
Support the Lead in preparing weekly business reviews, managing takeaways and follow-up actions, and developing recommendations on strategic areas of opportunity.
Connect GC-specific reporting needs and user feedback to global Performance Operations & Insights tools, KPI frameworks, roadmap inputs, and broader analytics initiatives.
Deliver all work on time with a high degree of accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail.
Qualifications
3–6+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, or data-focused roles
Strong proficiency in SQL or similar tools for querying and joining datasets
Advanced Excel skills (data manipulation, formulas, structured reporting)
Experience with reporting or visualization tools (e.g., Sigma, Tableau, Power BI preferred)
Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and structured datasets
Working knowledge of planning and supply chain concepts, including replenishment, demand sensing, and data-driven marketplace response
Demonstrated ability to produce clear actionable reports and visualizations
Capabilities
High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy and quality
Ability to execute repeatable data and reporting processes with consistency
Strong problem-solving skills when working through data issues
Ability to manage multiple deliverables within defined timelines
Comfortable working within established frameworks and team guidance
