Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Interpreting, Translation, Linguistics, or a related field. Advanced training in simultaneous interpreting is strongly preferred.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in simultaneous interpretation, preferably in a corporate or multinational environment.
Language Proficiency: Native or near-native proficiency in Chinese and English, with proven ability to perform simultaneous interpretation under pressure. French is a nice-to-have.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with interpretation equipment (e.g., headsets, microphones, interpretation booths).
Soft Skills: Exceptional concentration, quick thinking, stress management, and discretion when handling sensitive information.
