As an Assistant Horizon Manager, we rely on you to:
Provides day to day supervision, direction and leadership to all personnel at Horizon Club under the guidance of the Director Of Rooms in accordance with the objectives, performance and quality standards established by Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts and Pudong Shangri-La Shanghai.
Meets up with guests regularly to obtain feedback on ways to improve the hotel’s services and facilities.
Motivates and ensures staff performs to the high service level required, maximizing total customer loyalty as well as positive overall stay experience.
We are looking for someone who:
Oral and written fluency in English
Basic understanding of local language
Minimum 4 years experience in an international class hotel
Good Presentation and Communication Skill
Motivator and self-starter
Team builder Displays initiative
Customer oriented
Flexible and adaptable to different working locations
