What you can look forward to as Product Benchmark and Cost Improvement Champion:
- Proactively collect market information for competitor and innovative new suppliers, and support portfolio for future product roadmap outlook.
- Focusing on China market, lead cost benchmark study from both cost and design perspective.
- Regularly align reports and opportunities with global benchmark team and share lesson learned within and across platforms.
- By identifying all cost saving opportunities from product benchmarking, deliver to VAVE team for implementation, closely monitor and report out final delivery.
Your Profile as Product Benchmark and Cost Improvement Champion:
- 3+ years experience in cost management, VAVE or similar role.
- capability to explore and utilize all open channels and search for potential suppliers and competitor products information.
- Background in hardware design is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to drive team for quick implementation and prompt escalation.
