Objective
Perform valuation of Real Estate assets including technical review, consultancy and market analysis
Assist the team in project management/ working result quality control /people management
Accountabilities
- Lead and execute assigned projects/engagements smoothly and efficiently with fully responsibility undertaken
- Preparation of Valuations in the PRC – including market research, data analysis, site inspections, preparation of valuations and report writing
- To liaise with clients, auditors, investment bankers, lawyers and other intermediaries in the course of completing the assignment
- Build/Participate and maintain influential relationships with clients
- Cooperation Assistance to and cooperation with other departments or projects are satisfactory
- Business leadership proactively seek to improve the business, the working environment and team performance
- Carry out any other assignments as instructed by Department Head or other company directors
Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Graduate degree in real estate, surveying, economics or business related discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience
- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Qualified member of a real estate / property institute(s) is a plus (eg. CIREA, RICS, HKIS etc.)
- Available for frequent business travel
- Hands-on knowledge in MS applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
