Shangri-La Tokyo is seeking an exceptional Executive Housekeeper to lead our Housekeeping team and uphold the highest standards of luxury hospitality.
As a key member of the hotel's leadership team, you will inspire and develop a high-performing team while ensuring impeccable cleanliness, operational excellence, and memorable guest experiences.
What we're looking for
- Proven leadership experience in Housekeeping within an international hotel environment
- Strong people management, communication, and organizational skills
- Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English
- Valid authorization to work in Japan
- Experience as an Executive Housekeeper or in a similar leadership role within a luxury hotel will be highly regarded.
