This role aims to provide a level of quality customer service to all clients & members unsurpassed in the hospitality industry. You will work closely with your Operational colleagues, collaborating with other department teams to facilitate the Centre operations and address our Members’ needs.
Through the establishment and maintenance of excellent client relations, you will act as the ‘face’ of TEC and act as the first-class support function for all our in-house and external Members.
As an individual contributor, you will have strong customer service instincts, attention to detail and a tendency to always go the extra mile for our Members.
