Job Summary:
We are looking for a sourcing engineer to develop, implement ,manage ME(or EE) commodities and suppliers in SIED, you will lead to improve material cost, supplier base, control supply chain risk, payment improvement, spending analysis and supply chain innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead price negotiation and commodities cost management.

New materials’ RFQ and price negotiation, make sourcing decisions with commodity team.

Yearly price negotiation with suppliers to achieve company’s cost down target, support global team’s price negotiation

Manage supplier / commodity price, cost transparency.

Regularly analysis the cost structure to find cost optimization opportunities.
2. Commodity and supplier KPI management

Monitor commodity /suppliers’ price change, delivery on time, quality, and take actions when the figures are out of target.

Support SCM, SLM team to improve suppliers KPI (delivery, quality…)
3. Commodity team collaboration for company level target implementation.

Drive commodity team to implement commodities’ VCP measures.

Lead your team to achieve yearly targets: saving, on time delivery, SFR, NNC%...

Regular commodity team meeting with management

Also do collaborate with Global commodity function team
4. Commodity and suppliers strategy driving

Yearly SMS to define commodity team’s tasks.

Short/Mid/long term commodity /supplier strategics.
5. Market /technology information intelligence

Regularly market survey to collect commodity’s market information including price, potential suppliers, new technology.

Share the information with the commodity team and management

Best practices in procurement /SCM functions
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree.
-
Minimum 5 years of experience in sourcing and supply chain management.

Passionate, proactive attitude and good teamwork, seeking career development in SCM.

Knowledge of electrical or mechanical, market intelligence.

Good oral/ written English and excellent communication skill.

Good office tools and digital tools application of data analysis
