As a Senior Associate for Institutional Non-Financial Risk (NFR) China, you will partner with business leaders, Risk and control teams to support the effective management of non-financial risk across the International Institutional business. You will provide risk insights and constructive challenge on key risk themes, control effectiveness and business activities, helping stakeholders make informed decisions within risk appetite. You will also support the application of the non-financial risk framework through governance activities, risk assessments, monitoring, reporting and timely escalation of issues, while contributing to the continuous improvement of controls and risk management practices.
You will play an active role in supporting regulatory change initiatives and maintaining a regulator-ready environment through strong documentation, issue management and implementation of regulatory requirements. In addition, you will support the delivery and embedding of the PACT program across the region, tracking progress, driving adoption of new processes and controls, and escalating risks where required. Working collaboratively with stakeholders across business, Risk and control functions, you will help build risk capability, promote consistent risk practices and contribute to strong customer, regulatory and business outcomes.
