Job Description:
CONTEXT OF THE POSITION…
This position aims to act as a Chemical Laboratory Operator to perform daily fluid, chemical, and microbiology testing in accordance with testing standards and strict EHS regulations.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Familiar with various chemical testing standards and apply them to actual testing operations;
Operate and maintain laboratory testing instruments proficiently according to procedures;
Perform routine microbiological contamination testing and analysis for aviation fluids;
Strictly follow laboratory EHS rules and properly manage hazardous chemicals and waste;
Fill out technical records, test reports, and equipment logs correctly and honestly;
Independently perform all laboratory tests, e.g., acid number, heat value, microbiology incubation, etc;
Maintain the laboratory sample management system, including sample receiving, labeling, tracking, storage, and disposal;
Responsible for laboratory document management and quality management records to support quality audits;
Complete other tasks assigned by the line manager;
QUALIFICATION
Education : Major in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Microbiology, or related fields;
Work Experience: 3 to 5 years of solid experience in laboratory testing and operations;
Technical Skills: Hands-on experience in basic chemical testing and microbiology culture operations;
EHS Awareness: Good understanding of laboratory safety and safe handling of chemicals;
English Certification : CET-6 or above, able to read English testing standards and fill out simple English reports;
REQUIRED SKILLS
Technical Skills:
Proficient in general chemical laboratory operations and basic equipment troubleshooting;
Language: Fluent English both in written and oral speaking;
Soft Skills:
Strong Communication Skill and Sense of Teamwork;
Have a Strong Sense of Responsibility;
Strong safety and quality awareness;
