Description:
Molex is seeking an accomplished Stack Developer to join our Digital Technology Team. This pivotal role focuses on managing key products while driving the development of the Unified Front-End (UFE) Framework and spearheading its rollout across additional sites. You will also play a key role in designing and implementing new systems such as UFE Core, UFE Mosaic, UFE QMS, UFE apps, leveraging cutting-edge cloud technologies to deliver innovative manufacturing solutions that enhance productivity, efficiency, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, and maintain scalable, cloud-based solutions to create a global framework supporting enterprise and site-level applications.
- Lead a team in developing frameworks and applications, ensuring alignment with project goals and standards.
- Build solutions capable of managing multi-cluster deployments across locations and supporting high user volumes (up to 20,000 users).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, transforming them into robust technical solutions.
- Implement best practices and adopt advanced technologies to optimize performance, supporting the One Molex vision.
- Perform rigorous unit, system, and automated testing to ensure high-quality, reliable solutions.
- Continuously monitor and optimize applications for performance, scalability, and enhance user experiences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience designing and implementing cloud-based solutions with a focus on performance optimization.
- Expertise with leading cloud platforms, including AWS (EKS), Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of system performance analysis, tuning, and optimization.
- Proficiency in .NET Core, Java, Python, Angular, TypeScript and related technologies.
- Experience with the ABP Framework, PostgreSQL, Redis, microservices architecture, enterprise solutions, and multi-cluster designs.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to perform effectively in high-pressure environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working across multidisciplinary teams.
