Your day-to-day
1. Business Data & Knowledge Management
Support the development and maintenance of business data and knowledge foundations for CMS, AI solutions, automation initiatives and digital transformation projects.
2. Business Process Documentation
Understand, document and maintain business processes, process flows, SOPs, business rules, process ownership and operational procedures across different functions.
3. Data Structure & Data Mapping
Understand and document business data structures, including tables, fields, business definitions, data relationships, ownership, source systems and usage scenarios.
Support data mapping, classification and preparation activities to connect business requirements with available data sources.
4. Data Quality & Governance Support
Perform basic data quality reviews, including completeness, consistency, duplication checks, data accuracy and source traceability.
Maintain data dictionaries, field mapping records, governance documentation and knowledge repositories.
5. Intelligent Solutions & Platform Support
Support the design, testing, validation and continuous improvement of CMS, AI Agents, Power Platform solutions, Power BI reports, Dataverse applications and SharePoint-based solutions.
Assist in maintaining solution inventories, user documentation, ownership records and governance information.
6. Requirement Collection & User Support
Work with business users, IT teams and external partners to collect requirements, clarify business logic, validate assumptions, support testing activities and facilitate solution reviews.
Support user training, user communication and post-implementation follow-up activities.
7. Project Coordination & Change Support
Support project planning, testing coordination, issue tracking, documentation preparation and project progress reporting.
Assist change management activities to improve user adoption and solution effectiveness.
8. Business Analytics & Continuous Improvement
Prepare basic data analysis, dashboards, reports and project summaries to support management decision-making and continuous business process improvement.
Identify opportunities for improving data quality, process efficiency, automation and AI application effectiveness.
Your skills and experience
Basic understanding of database concepts, including tables, fields, keys, relationships, and data quality.
Basic SQL knowledge, or strong willingness to learn SQL and enterprise data query logic.
Good understanding of data structure and logical thinking, with the ability to organize complex information in a clear and structured way.
Strong interest in enterprise data, AI applications, business systems, process improvement, and digital transformation.
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into data documentation, field mapping, or process logic.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Good documentation skills, including data dictionaries, mapping files, process documents, meeting notes, and project tracking files.
Strong learning ability, attention to detail, sense of responsibility, and willingness to handle detailed data and documentation work.
