This role serves as the program owner, responsible for shaping and driving a portfolio of giving initiatives-from new program incubation to scaled execution-ensuring strong alignment with business priorities and delivering measurable impact both externally and internally.

Own and lead the overall Community Investment (Giving) program portfolio in Greater China
Shape and drive newly launched giving initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities and long-term impact goals
Define program roadmaps, priorities, and success metrics across multiple concurrent initiatives
Program Governance & Execution Oversight
Oversee end-to-end program delivery across multiple projects, ensuring high-quality execution, timeline adherence, and budget discipline
Establish scalable processes, governance mechanisms, and operating rhythms to support a growing portfolio
Anticipate risks and proactively drive solutions across projects
Stakeholder & Partner Leadership
Serve as the primary interface with WW Giving teams and key internal stakeholders (e.g., GA, PR, DR, Volunteer teams, Product teams)
Build and manage strategic relationships with external partners and NGOs, including contract oversight and performance management
Ensure strong alignment and communication across all stakeholders
Impact, Communications & Reporting
Drive program-level reporting, insights, and storytelling to articulate impact
Oversee development of internal communications (e.g., giving newsletters, leadership updates, program summaries)
Conduct post-program reviews and continuously improve program effectiveness
Preferred Qualifications
Highly self-motivated, proactive, and able to operate with autonomy
Experience building or scaling programs in evolving environments
Background in operations, business management, or corporate communications is a plus
Minimum Qualifications
15+ years of experience in CSR, Corporate Giving, or related fields, ideally within multinational organizations
Proven track record of leading complex, multi-project programs from strategy through execution
Strong ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across senior and cross-functional audiences
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in parallel
Fluent in English and Mandarin
