Key accountabilities
- Oversee overall hotel recruitment, establish efficient recruitment systems and achieve staffing targets
- Manage intern recruitment process including planning, interview selection, daily follow-up and meeting arrangements
- Develop and maintain relationships with universities and colleges to build long-term partnerships and talent pipelines
- Optimize recruitment channels and interview processes, analyse recruitment data and improve new hire satisfaction
General requirements
- Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) with ability to conduct interviews in both Chinese and English
- Strong organizational, planning skills and execution ability
- Passion for luxury hotel industry with good ability to work under pressure
