This position is part of the Engineering & Maintenance team at the Yantai Adhesive Technologies site. The main responsibility is to operate, inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot utility facilities and keep related records. The role helps ensure the stable 24/7 operation of utility systems, including water, electricity, compressed air, heating, environmental systems, HVAC, special equipment, and the automated warehouse. The position also supports maintenance, improvement, and upgrade projects.
- Operate and monitor utility systems, including cooling water, compressed air, nitrogen, water supply and drainage, wastewater treatment, VOC treatment systems, central air conditioning, fresh air systems, and ground-source heat pumps.

Monitor operating data such as pressure, temperature, flow, liquid level, current, and voltage, and make adjustments when needed.

Follow operating procedures and SOPs to ensure safe and stable operation of utility equipment and support production needs.

Troubleshoot equipment issues, carry out repairs, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Perform routine maintenance and inspections to prevent equipment failures and safety risks.

Follow SHE&Q requirements and comply with IATF 16949, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, MES, and other applicable standards.
- College degree or above in Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, Refrigeration, Automation, or related majors.

At least 3 years of experience in utility equipment operation and maintenance.

Able to read electrical drawings, CAD drawings, and piping diagrams.

Familiar with Microsoft Office applications and able to complete reports, records, and maintenance logs independently.

Low-voltage electrician certificate and working-at-height certificate are required. High-voltage electrician certificate is a plus.

Able to work shifts, overtime, and rotating schedules when required.

Strong sense of responsibility, good execution skills, and able to follow work arrangements from supervisors and engineers.
