Your missions
Support local plants during implementation, rollout, adoption, and stabilization phases of digital solutions (LIMS, QMS, IMS, DMS, MES, TQS, IT/OT and related industry applications)
Coordinate with Global Solution Manager, regional stakeholders in Asia, and local plant teams to ensure effective deployment
Provide feedback from the field to improve global solutions and standards
Support change management, user adoption, and practical usage in industrial environments
Bridge global strategy and local plant execution to ensure solutions are effectively implemented in the regional industrial context
Identify and report challenges or gaps in local adoption to global teams
Facilitate training and knowledge transfer to local plant teams
Monitor and document progress of digital initiatives at the plant level
Your profile
Experience working in industrial environments
Proven exposure to implementation of digital or IT solutions in industry
Experience with systems such as LIMS, QMS, IMS, DMS, MES, TQS, IT/OT or similar industrial platforms
Background related to Quality, Operations, or Industrial Excellence is a plus
Experience acting as a local deployment or adoption lead for global initiatives is a plus
Academic background: relevant degree in engineering, IT, or industrial management is a plus
English and Chinese (Mandarin) fluent
You demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management skills
