主要职能：
- 协助经销商在所辖区域内成功开设新店，辅助经销商成功运营
- 确保按质按量完成公司下达的各年度/季度/月度的提货指标与开店目标
- 配合经销商与潜在商场谈判协商，灌输正确的品牌理念，把控定价、装修与货品陈列
- 定期落实经销商店务巡视及其店员培训，跟进店铺宣传，提升终端门店的业绩
- 策划经销商渠道的定期促销活动计划和预算达成方案，配合设计活动海报及宣传资料
- 配合后台支持部门处理日常经销商订单，负责协调物流配送及货款事宜。辅助异议处理及基本的售后问题协同解决
- 各类招商展会与经销商会议的协同筹备、组织与落实
- 协助市场部与经销商之间的工作衔接联络，确保产品及物料均顺利收发，配合把控好门店装修验收及出样陈列
- 完成其他由直接上司委托交代的工作
Main functions:
- Assist dealers in successfully opening new stores within their jurisdiction and support their successful operations
- Ensure the completion of the company's annual/quarterly/monthly delivery targets and store opening goals with quality and quantity
- Cooperate with dealers and potential shopping malls to negotiate and instill the correct brand concept, control pricing, decoration, and product display
- Regularly implement dealer store inspections and staff training, follow up on store promotion, and improve the performance of terminal stores
- Plan regular promotional activities and budget for dealer channels, coordinate with the design of activity posters and promotional materials
- Cooperate with the backend support department to handle daily dealer orders, responsible for coordinating logistics delivery and payment matters. Assisted objection handling and collaborative resolution of basic after-sales issues
- Collaborative preparation, organization, and implementation of various investment exhibitions and dealer conferences
- Assist in coordinating and liaising between the marketing department and distributors to ensure smooth receipt and shipment of products and materials, and cooperate in controlling store decoration acceptance and sample display
- Complete other tasks delegated by the immediate supervisor
