1、建立并维系与区域核心智囊机构的战略合作关系,包括但不限于区域内政策专家、药物经济学专家;制定并落地区域市场准入策略,推动产品加速纳入多层次医疗保障体系并实现报销覆盖最大化;深度协同区域业务团队,确保持续、顺畅的医保落地与报销执行。
Establish and cultivate strategic partnerships with regional government key think tanks, Not limited to policy influencers and pharmacoeconomic influencers within the region.Formulate and execute regional market access strategies toaccelerate product inclusion into multi-level reimbursement schemes and maximize coverage.Collaborate closely with the Regional Business Team to ensure seamless reimbursement implementation.
2、确保区域准入策略与产品核心策略的深度协同:基于全生命周期管理要求及新政策环境,制定并落地区域市场准入计划。
Ensure strategic alignment between regional market access initiatives and core product strategies. Formulate and execute regional access plans grounded inlifecycle management and the evolving policy landscape.
3、确保与中央准入策略团队及区域内合作伙伴的协同与高效执行;建立并维护区域内医疗及卫生技术(HTA)领域的关键利益相关者关系;全方位支持从中央到省级及区域层面的市场准入工作;紧密联动区域内与政府沟通的合作伙伴,共同驱动并优化上海市场的准入结果。
Ensure alignment and execution of central market access strategies within the team.Manage key stakeholders in the medical and health technology (HTA) sectors.Provide comprehensive support for market access initiatives at national, provincial, and regional levels. Partner seamlessly with intra-regional government access counterparts to foster team synergy and co-drive market access breakthroughs in Shanghai.

Qualification and Experience 能力与经验
Education/Qualifications教育程度/所获资格证书
本科及以上,医学、药学、药经或相关领域优先考虑
Job Required Competencies岗位所需胜任力
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and policy affairs.
至少2年医药行业及政策事务相关工作经验。
Specialization: Possess at least 4 years(please verify) of experience in reimbursement account management.
具备至少2年政府客户经验或药物经济学专家/政策专家客户管理经验。
Project Management: Proven track record in managing government clients, pharmacoeconomics, or health policy experts.
具备出色的项目管理、策略制定与落地执行能力。
Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and networking skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build strong professional relationships.
