Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be a design authority for an engineering discipline. Each day, you will complete assignments on multiple projects of moderate size or portions of major projects in a cost-effective manner. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring assignments are completed in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and cybersecurity policies and standards.

This role is contributing to the {CPP ID Engineer} in {Xiamen, China}. Main stakeholders are {ELDS}.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Customized Solution Management:
DTO, ETO:
- Coordinate customized prj design, verification, industrialization and project management

Non-standard order review and order-BOM MGT from technical perspective

As a coordinator/team leader, manage and prioritize DTO/ETO projects between DTO team and technical support/MU functions to make sure the projects delivery on time/quality/cost;

Support Engineering manager to define the DTO KPI and achieve business target.
ORRD:
- Support R&D ORRD design, verification and industrialization

Order relevant type test, verification or certification
Trail Production Management:
Support PS to

Follow PS portfolio and configuration guideline to create M-BOM during 0-serises

Coordinate MU team for trail production, collect the issues and follow up the issue resolution before G5
Standardization & Process Excellent
Engineering system management-
Industrialization related system: Windchill, T2P, RDS, PDN/EDN

Qualifications for the role
Education Background
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related fields
Working Experience
- Proven DTO/Product engineering experience in Medium Voltage Circuit Breaker and switchgear industry or related fields
Position Technical Knowledge/Skills
- Strong knowledge of medium voltage electrical products and applications

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (mechanical drawing and electrical diagram) and specifications

Understanding of electrical standards (IEC, GB, etc.)

Proficiency in engineering software (Windchill, SAP, PLM, CAD, SolidWorks, .. )

Agile methodology for new project development

Demonstrated project management expertise

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
