Your Role
1.Perform internal audit (Layer audit, process audit, out of box audit)
2.Monitor customer claims, take the lead to do root cause analysis and follow the corrective actions.
3.Using Nexus to follow the customer claims and key internal quality problems .
4.Monitoring internal process controla nd quality performance , summary the internal KPI result.
5.Take lead to analysis complicated abatement system failure and follow up continuous improvement action
6.Manage internal scrap performance and involved team to make improvement plan.
7.Solve complex process quality problems o n product line
8.Leading weekly assembly process quality meeting.
9.Provide monthly quality report.
10.Using Q-DAS to analysis performance test result
To succeed, you will need
1 . Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or science
2. 5+ years’ experience in semiconductor, manufacturing industry or automotive industry
As a quality engineer. Have QMS experience such as ISO9001, UL, ATEX, etc and have internal auditor certification is preferred.
3. Good communication and presentation skills both in English and Chinese are required.
4. Technical and analysis skills necessary to understand assembly processes.
5. Root cause analysis of problem solving experience required
6. Skilled in advanced quality techniques and process characterization concepts such as SPC, control plan and FMEA, etc.
7. Ability to function in a team-oriented environment is required.
8. Quality/reliability knowledge and direct experience in managing manufacturing failure issues is required.
9. Could communicate with customer and take the lead to handle customer claims.
