Position Overview
Drive marketing communications and campaign execution for a high-tech B2B brand, covering brand communications, PR, campaign and digital marketing. This role requires the ability to independently deliver marketing activities, ensure clear messaging, and maintain a focus on execution quality and measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Brand, PR & Industry Influence

Deliver clear and consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials

Support and execute PR initiatives, including press releases, media materials, and industry communications

Contribute to building visibility through industry events, media engagement, and thought leadership content
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

Execute digital marketing activities across social media, website, and email channels

Develop content that drives audience engagement and lead generation

Track content performance and improve effectiveness based on results
Campaign Execution & Tracking

Execute integrated campaigns including product promotions, events, and digital initiatives

Ensure consistent messaging and high-quality delivery across all touchpoints

Track campaign performance, summarize outcomes, and provide improvement insights
Cross-functional Communication

Work with product marketing, sales, and global teams to align communication with business priorities

Consolidate inputs into clear and complete communication outputs

Drive marketing initiatives forward with clear ownership of deliverables
Qualifications:
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Communications, Marketing or related field.

Around 5+ years of experience in marketing communications or integrated marketing
-
Experience in B2B and high-tech or enterprise-focused environments preferred

Hands-on experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns

Strong writing and structured communication skills

Ability to independently manage tasks and multiple priorities

Strong stakeholder communication skills

Fluent in Chinese and English
