Partner with HRBPs, LCM, SSC, C&B team in GCN to provide excellent support related with lifecycle, C&B, TM related topics.

Support managers & EEs on HR related process & inquiries.

Act as team player to look for improve opp0tunities, process optimization.

Support on HR or biz projects if needed.
- Support Mgrs. & EEs to ensure daily HR process implement correctly & timely.

Corporate with HRBP/ LCM/ C&B on regular reports analysis, common biz initiatives roll out & HR process/ policy/ initiatives implementation.

Support HR annual activities (APR, RA, annual bonus & etc.).

Provide support on HR ad hoc projects.
Continuous improvements on HRG work.

- Office (PPT & excel).

Good English both reading & speaking.

Big FMC HR special list experience.

Site HR support experience is preferred.

Familiar with labor law & HR policies.

HR system (SAP) is preferred.
