Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s (MBA a plus) in Business, Marketing or related.
本科以上学历，商科/市场相关专业（MBA优先）
5+ years proven BD/sales record with quota achievement; TIC industry experience preferred.
5年以上业务拓展/销售经验，TIC行业背景优先，有超额完成业绩记录
Top-tier negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
谈判、沟通与演示能力出色
Strategic thinker with strong analytics & problem-solving; digital marketing & lead-gen know-how preferred.
具备战略思维与数据分析、问题解决能力，熟悉数字营销与线索获取策略的优先
CRM and sales analytics proficiency, self-driven.
