Job description:
Lead and govern middleware architecture for HPC platform (QNX Hypervisor, Android Automotive OS, Adaptive AUTOSAR, Safety Island/MCU). Drive ownership transfer of software assets and knowledge from Tier‑1 supplier to in-house teams.
Key Responsibilities

Define middleware architecture across hypervisor, AAOS, AUTOSAR, and inter-domain IPC.

Lead ownership transfer of software assets, IP, and engineering knowledge.

Drive technical leadership for defect resolution, supplier collaboration, and risk management.
Skills

QNX RTOS expertise: IPC, hypervisor fundamentals, process lifecycle.

Android Automotive: VHAL, HAL design, CarService internals.

Adaptive AUTOSAR: ara::com, ara::exec, ara::diag, ara::phm.

SOME/IP: Service discovery, timing contracts, AUTOSAR COM integration.

Security: TEE, HSM, authenticated boot, key provisioning.
