Lime is hiring a PMC (Production Material Control) Manager to join our Global Sourcing and Supply Management team! Reporting to the Head of Global Sourcing, NPI & Quality.

This is an onsite position that requires onsite presence at our Shenzhen office to maintain effective collaboration across teams.
What You'll Do:
Supply forecast management: Work closely with the internal demand and supply planning team to gather monthly rolling supply forecasts and communicate them to suppliers. Conduct monthly/weekly supply-demand review, balance capacity across multiple CM factories, identify bottlenecks, and ensure feasible production loading arrangement.
Multi-OEM/CM Production Planning: Own overall production schedule and order allocation for all contract manufacturers. Dynamically adjust production plans for rush orders, order changes, holds and cancellations. Monitor daily production progress, WIP status and output to ensure delivery commitment.
Material & Supply Coordination: Monitor suppliers’ production & material planning processes, holding them fully accountable for the CTB report. Track consigned materials & vendor-supplied materials proactively identify material shortage risks, drive resolution to avoid production downtime at OEM/CM sites.
Issue Resolution & Process Optimization: Take ownership of delivery exceptions, yield issues and supply conflicts. Lead cross-functional and cross-vendor root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and standardize SOPs for multi-factory planning and collaboration.
Team & System Management: Lead and develop the PMC team, manage daily work allocation and performance. Build up planning KPI tracking, early warning mechanism and standardized reporting system to support data-driven decisions.
About You:
Bachelor degree preferred in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or related disciplines.
10+ years supply chain planning experience in manufacturing/consumer electronics industry, with 3+ years people management experience in multi-OEM/CM planning.
Solid experience in outsourced manufacturing model, familiar with order allocation, capacity balancing, consignment material control and multi-factory delivery management.
Proficient in ERP/MRP systems and advanced Excel skills; capable of independent data analysis and KPI management.
Strong cross-team and cross-vendor communication, risk judgment and problem-solving capabilities.
Results-driven and structured thinker, capable of managing high-pressure, fast-paced, multi-factory operations.
Global Communication Skills: Exceptional written and spoken English and Mandarin are required.
Preferred Experience:
Possess supply chain related certificates: APICS CPIM, CSCP, CPSM is a plus.
Experience with SAP/Oracle/Anaplan or mainstream ERP planning modules is a plus.
