As a Talent Acquisition Specialist in our company, you will report directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager. You will manage end-to-end recruitment process for vacancies of both F&B and T&W operations to ensure the effective talent sourcing according to company's recruitment requirements. You will collaborate with and provide sourcing support to the TA Manager for strategic roles and deliver high-quality and timely recruiting service to the hiring managers. Sound interesting? In this exciting role you will
Talent Sourcing

Understand local talent supply and demand dynamics and develop hiring plan together with business and HR.

Implement sourcing strategies through the use of various and creative sourcing channels social media, cold calling, referrals, internet research, internal database, networking, user groups, alumni associations, conferences, etc.

Analyze the characteristics of successful employees and translate into success profiles.

Ensure compliance with talent acquisition process standards and best practices.
Recruitment

Manage the recruitment process end-to-end (from sourcing to short listing to selection and offer management).

Qualify candidates for current or future openings through the utilization of qualification and pre-screening tools.
Market Insights

Identify talent on the market and build a pipeline of candidates for future vacancies.

Manage local vendor relationships and ensure high service levels.

Capture talent intelligence and ensure that talent information is shared and fully leveraged at and beyond site level.
Employer Branding

Ensure a great candidate experience for both active and passive candidates and for referrers.

In partnership with the TAL/TAMs, build a strong network and presence at relevant external events to strongly promote the Givaudan employment brand.

In partnership with the Digital Recruitment Specialist, identify and leverage branding, engagement and sourcing opportunities on social media.
Talent Acquisition Strategy Support

Support the regional Talent Acquisition lead in regional talent acquisition initiatives (e.g. campus recruitment, candidate relationship management, recruitment process optimization, etc.).

Your professional profile includes

Bachelor's Degree preferred with at least 3 years of solid in-house recruitment/search firms experience in MNC
-
Well-presented and people-orientated with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English

Significant recruitment and candidate sourcing experience within a similar fast-paced environment
-
In-house sourcing experience, or RPO/on-site sourcing management for client roles (including high degree of stakeholder and HR interaction), or research/headhunter agency campaign management experience
-
Experience working in manufacturing sites/plants will be a plus
