Mission Statement
Drive strategic growth for FII by expanding ABB’s footprint in enclosure (iPEG) and data server (CESBG) businesses through innovation-led solutions, scalable business models, and global account expansion.
Commercial – Order Conversion & Base Business Ownership

Own data server business performance (forecast, revenue, margin)

Improve pipeline-to-order conversion rate through early-stage engagement

Identify key stakeholders (decision makers / blockers) across Fii and end customers

Drive RFQ/RFP, pricing, and contract execution

Support robot sales and system offerings via channel/SI when applicable
Technical – Proposal & Solution Bridging

Lead proposal development for core manufacturing processes

Translate customer needs into automation/system solutions

Support DFM, process optimization, and cycle time improvements
-
Coordinate with engineering teams for feasibility and cost modeling
Operational – Close-Loop Execution
- Drive end-to-end execution across the 3-layer value stack (End user – EMS – Local Sales)
- Ensure alignment between account strategy and order fulfillment

Lead PM/OPM governance for data server deployment
Engineering – Execution & Industrial Integration

Support industrial deployment and TPM coordination

Ensure automation solutions fit real production environments

Enable standardization and replication across in data server filed
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in Operations Management or Industrial Technology, with familiarity in manufacturing technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent

8–12+ years in electronics manufacturing / FATP / automation with deep understanding of data server manufacturing ecosystem

EMS or CM working background with data server process knowledge is strongly preferred.

Strong leadership with multi-stakeshoders cross different functional team and corss the countries.

Innovative to generate and drive the agile working model together with global engineering team and key countries.

Proven experience in managing cross-departmental operational projects.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional and cross-regional teams.

Strong program management with commercial capability

Engineering or technical background preferred

Experience working across TW / US / VN manufacturing footprint

Strong execution discipline in complex matrix organizations

Proven track record in order conversion and delivery

Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on aligning customer needs with business strategies.

A strong customer-oriented mindset.

10% ~ 20% international travel required

Proficiency in bilingual communication (e.g., Chinese and English) is preferred.
