As Business Unit AMSL Automotive Solutions & Lamps we support our vision and strategy by expanding our leading position in the automotive lighting market in OEM and Aftermarket. We are in a global leadership position in the automotive lamps business in traditional and LED applications and offer industry leading products in LED lighting to global OEM customers (e.g. with exchangeable LED light sources). We also tackle new growth opportunities in the Aftermarket with our automotive care and equipment portfolio.
Your new responsibilities

Lead cleanroom setup: layout planning, construction follow-up, zoning; monitor installation, commissioning, testing & handover; define cleanroom class & control cleanliness, temp, humidity, air changes, pressure; complete pre-production validation to meet SSL standards.

Manage daily operation & preventive maintenance: establish WI & PM plan for HVAC, FFU, air shower, pass box, dust removal; monitor real-time data (temp, humidity, particles, airflow) & troubleshoot; control access, sanitation, pollution; organize environment sampling & drive rectification; optimize energy consumption.

Full lifecycle ESD management: design ESD system, layout & construction; unify ESD specs, WI & training; monitor all ESD facilities (floor, grounding, wrist strap, garment, container, ion fan); conduct periodic inspection, verification & calibration; supervise on-site compliance; analyze ESD quality issues, root cause & improve; organize regular training & awareness.

Manage cleanroom utilities (compressed air, pure water, cooling water, exhaust gas); collaborate with process/equipment/quality/production to align environment with SSL needs; coordinate emergency repairs to minimize downtime.

Complete other tasks assigned by manager.
Who we are looking for
-
College or above education in Mechanical, HVAC, Environmental Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Semiconductor-related majors.
- 3 years and above experience with semiconductor cleanroom/ESD environment parameter adjustment, failure analysis and abnormal handling capability experience are must.
- Essential knowhow on LED chips / process control.
- Professional skills on cleanroom / ESD engineering & maintenance.
- English for writing/reading
- Basic manufacturing IT skills on MES and Vision system.
